June Good recently organised a party that included Betty Davis to experience one of the Cederberg Heritage Trails, adding Krakadouw Peak, one of the highest in that area. Our own MCSA members have invested heavily in developing these trails that link some of the satelite villages around Wupperthal in this mountain wonderland. This evening they will show their personal DVD and slides of this most enjoyable trip.

A weekend at the Springstygbeugel property 15 - 16 August
A weekend for the fit and adventurous exploring the club's Springstygbeugel property. We will park at the top of Bainskloof and walk in on good to fair paths from there. Once we reach the property the going gets tough - all off route - expect some bushwacking and protea swimming. No fixed route - the idea is to find somewhere to camp and explore a part of the property, bagging a few peaks along the way.
